This course is composed of 19 units of Competency, delivered over a 7-day face to face program (split over two weeks). The face-to-face delivery provide will provide an intensive deep dive into the learning materials to help broaden your knowledge and understanding of the course content
Please note that you do not complete the entire course within the 7 face-to-face class days as assessments need to be completed online following the delivery of the in-class program.

Delivered over 7 days face to face (with assessment to be completed at home following), the program includes 19 units, and you will receive a Statement of Attainment forming part of CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
If you’re working under supervision while training, you’ll need to provide proof of enrolment in this course.
There are no pre-requisites to study this program. However, all REIQ courses require LLN (Language, Literacy and Numeracy) capabilities, such as a working knowledge of the English language and an understanding of various mathematical calculations. To ensure your ability to successfully complete our courses, you are required to demonstrate your LLN skills by completing a short LLN quiz as part of the enrolment process.
