All cancellations must be notified in writing to reisa@reisa.com.au Failure to notify of non-attendance, within 5 business days prior to the event, will result in the full fee being charged. No refunds will be issued once an event has commenced, except under exceptional circumstances. All exceptional circumstances will be considered at the sole discretion of the CEO of REISA. Payment for the event must be received prior to commencement. REISA endeavours to deliver every event as advertised. REISA reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event or workshop to an alternative date. If registrations have commenced, participants will be advised by telephone and alternative arrangements made. Registration may be transferred to another participant prior to an event commencing without attracting a penalty. The replacement participant must be a REISA member if they are replacing a previous REISA member registration. If the replacement is not a REISA member, the gap of the non-member fee will be charged to the attendee.
