Water charges can be complicated. This training covers the legislation around charging water, how to make sure your lease agreements are clear, compliant and enforceable for each property, as well as having office policy and procedure to ensure you are fulfilling your landlord obligations with respect to on charging tenants.
Presenter – Deb Daken
Deborah brings over 25 years of real estate experience to her professional development courses. Having worked in every role within a residential agency, from reception, sales support, management and business development, she has a deep understanding of all facets of agency operations.
Property management has been her focus at Turner Real Estate for over a decade. As well as leading a team of 24 Property Managers, Deb actively manages a portfolio of property and always finds time to mentor others, especially providing support with complex tenancy issues.
Deb’s training skills have been honed internally as well as through industry contribution. Deb is constantly developing and delivering training sessions to large groups in her role at Turner Estate, she volunteers as a mentor to other in industry needing support and she is actively involved in the REISA PM Committee, continually giving feedback on legislative reform, documentation and industry practices that impact property professionals across the state.
In addition, she has been an administrator for the South Australian Property Management Community (SAPMC), where she helps to foster collaboration and professional development within the industry.
