The Chair of the Board of the Real Estate Institute of South Australia may be requested to appoint a sales representative in certain circumstances.

The appointment by the Chair is an objective appointment and the Chair will recommend the appropriate sales representative in each given situation.

The Chair is only able to make an appointment pursuant to a Court order.  A copy of the Court order will need to be provided to REISA.
