30 September – ONLINE – Guide to AML CTF – Refresher Plus Reviews, Evaluations, Reporting and Record Keeping

Australia’s new Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) reforms commenced on 1 July 2026, bringing new compliance obligations for real estate businesses.

In this interactive session, REISA will briefly revisit the AML requirements, outline the key fundamentals, and focus on what should now be in place and in practice. The session will cover reporting obligations, preparation requirements, and internal reviews and independent evaluations. We will also address frequently asked questions and facilitate an interactive discussion with industry peers, providing an opportunity to share experiences and learn from current practices across the sector.

With more than 30 years’ experience across agency ownership, franchise management and professional training, Trish understands the day-to-day realities of running a real estate business and the practical challenges agencies face implementing AML/CTF requirements.
