Driving Profit: A Practical Workshop for Real Estate Principals / Introducing Agent Profit Planner
Most agency owners are high on people and negotiation skills — not financial analysis. And this is further compounded by poorly structured financial reports, a focus on ‘money in the bank’ as the primary means of financial control and limited support from accountants primarily focussed on taxation and compliance.
This workshop looks at the basics of agency profitability in easy to digest language and introduces Agent Profit Planner, a cloud-based software platform with two distinct components:
Unlike dashboard tools that simply reflect historical and current performance data pulled from accounting software, Agent Profit Planner is forward-focused — built around constructing an achievable profit forecast for the year ahead to drive a concrete plan of action.

Wayne Johnson has been involved in the real estate profession in various capacities for over 40 years and has provided direct business support to hundreds of agency owners across Australia and New Zealand. He is passionate, to the point obsession, about helping agency owners to understand their ‘numbers’ to enable them to make decisions that lead to better profit and wellbeing outcomes for all stakeholders.
