Graham is Special Counsel at Commercial & Legal currently practises primarily in the areas of real estate law, business sales and purchases and corporate and commercial law.
Graham has experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial documents in the areas of commercial leasing, sale and purchase of land contracts, company and shareholder documentation, general commercial agreements and trusts.
Graham has trained the Commercial Leasing course at REISA for many years now and his feedback is outstanding.
Deborah brings over 25 years of real estate experience to her professional development courses. Having worked in every role within a residential agency, from reception, sales support, management and business development, she has a deep understanding of all facets of agency operations.
Property management has been her focus at Turner Real Estate for over a decade. As well as leading a team of 24 Property Managers, Deb actively manages a portfolio of property and always finds time to mentor others, especially providing support with complex tenancy issues.
Deb’s training skills have been honed internally as well as through industry contribution. Deb is constantly developing and delivering training sessions to large groups in her role at Turner Estate, she volunteers as a mentor to other in industry needing support and she is actively involved in the REISA PM Committee, continually giving feedback on legislative reform, documentation and industry practices that impact property professionals across the state.
In addition, she has been an administrator for the South
Australian Property Management Community (SAPMC), where she helps to foster collaboration and professional development within the industry.
With more than four decades in the real estate industry, Dawn Simpson brings a rare depth of experience and genuine passion to her role as a trainer in trust accounting and licensing compliance for the Real Estate Institute of
South Australia. Dawn began her career at just 17 as a weekend administrator, later completing a Bachelor of Education and spending time as a high-school teacher, yet never stepping away from real estate.
From working at her family’s First National franchise to co-founding and directing a Brock Harcourts office at Golden Grove and Modbury, Dawn has worked in every facet of the profession, including both sales and property management. For the past 12 years, she has proudly been part of the Ouwens Casserly family.
A mental health first aider, Dawn is committed to supporting agents not only legally but personally. Her greatest joy is empowering others to understand, navigate, and love this dynamic and ever-evolving industry.
Jacqui established Smart Conveyancing/Form One in March 2017 after working in the property industry since 1993.
Jacqui has always been involved in supporting the Conveyancing Industry in South Australia having contributed to the writing of the South Australian Practice Manual published in 2004 and more recently representing South Australia as a representative of the PEXA Member Advisory Council from 2022 to present. Jacqui has also been an external trainer for the Real Estate Institute of South Australia since 2013 offering comprehensive training on the Form 1 to Real Estate Agents, Conveyancers and other Real Estate Professionals.
Kylie has worked in all facets of real estate with experience spanning over 30 years choosing to specialise in residential property management. Having spent nearly 10 years in corporate real estate, she is excited to be able to provide support and solutions to others navigating the complexities of property management.
