Once completed, REISA and Land Services will be in contact to set up your account.

Your organisation will be required to be set up in the new REISA Master Forms platform so you’ll need a new secure log in.

Please note: we are asking you to create a new account from scratch instead of being able to use your previous REI Live Forms login details.

This new account is a significant uplift in cyber security to help protect you and your clients confidential information.

Please note the Forms Administrator is the person in your office responsible for Forms Admin –if there are a number of admin personnel for forms please nominate one key contact or contact REISA on 8366 4300 or reisa@reisa.com.au for us to assist.
